2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 493 of 2024 dated 31.08.2024, registered for the offence punishable u/s 30(a) of Bihar Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise-I, Bettiah, West Champaran.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the present case is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, petitioner is at liberty to surrender before

No.78299 of 2024(2) dt.21-11-2024 2/2 the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail and the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, in accordance with law, without being prejudiced of the withdrawal of this application.
