This is a case registered under Sections 398,326,307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner claims party with co-accused Bijendra Yadav and Sabir Mian @Sabir Ansari who have been allowed bail in Cr. Misc. No. 9063 of 2018 and 16991 of 2018 respectively and also prays for bail. He submits that the FIR is against unknown and he is in custody since 27.05.2017. Till date he has not been put on T.I. Parade. He submits that merely on the basis of suspicion he has been implicated in the instant case. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. No.16481 of 2018 (2) dt.02-05-2018 2/2 released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st, Gopalganj in Mohammadpur P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 subject to the conditions :

(i) That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the Petitioner who will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with the Petitioner. The bailor will also undertake to inform the Court if there is any change in the address of the Petitioner.

(ii) That the Petitioner will be well represented on each date and if he fails to do so on two consecutive dates, his bail will be liable to be cancelled.
