JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-07-2018 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.7.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No.30979 of 2017 and allegation is that petitioner has snatched motorcycle of the informant on the point of pistol and he was arrested at the spot.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is in custody for more than 18 months and till date trial has not been concluded.

Heard learned APP and from perusal of report it appears that due to absence of Presiding Officer trial has not proceeded. However, in view of the fact that the case is at the stage of argument, District Judge-in-charge is directed to look into the matter and try to transfer the case to any other court so that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27393 of 2018 (4) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 trial may be concluded.

With the above observation, this application is disposed of.
