2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30(a), 34, 36, 30(d) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 12.240 liters of foreign liquor has been recovered from behind the house of this petitioner.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and petitioner has got no concern with the alleged recovery. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77234 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 event of his arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Judge Excise, Court No. - 1, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
