The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hawai Adda P.S. Case No. 170 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is admitted that all the money has been returned to the informant and only Rs. 3,50,000/- is due from the petitioner. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67750 of 2019(3) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 Counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
It appears from para 3 of the bail petition that there are three cases pending against these petitioners of similar nature.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioners have criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
