1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned GP-13 for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing vehemently for some times realizing his difficulty, seeks permission to withdraw the writ application with liberty to assail the order dated 09.03.2024 passed by the Additional Collector, Saharsa in Jamabandi Cancellation Case No. 130/2021 in appeal before the Collector of the district.

3. Permission is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the instant writ application is dismissed as withdrawn.

5. If any appeal is filed on behalf of the petitioner on or before 27.12.2024 and issue of limitation arises in that event the authority shall consider that petitioner was before this Court since 26.11.2024.
