====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 29-11-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the informant and learned APP for the State.

2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. The petitioners seek bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 289 of 2023 which is arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 304B/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the petitioners are said to have killed the deceased.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased

6. Learned counsel for the petitioners also submits that the petitioners are in custody since 16.07.2023.

7. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

8. Considering the aforesaid facts and the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

9. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court of District and Sessions Judge, Buxar in connection with S.Tr. No. 289 of 2023 which is arising out of Simri P.S. Case No. 240 of 2023.

10. After being released on bail, the petitioners are directed to co-operate in the trial. They will represent themselves in the Court below either by appearing personally or through their lawyers on the dates fixed in the Court below. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
