2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise P.S. Case No.558 of 2023, registered for the offences u/s 30(a), 32, 32(3) of the Excise Act, pending in the Court of learned A.D.J. 7th cum-Special Judge, Excise II, Kaimur at Bhabhua.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within six weeks from today and seek regular bail,
