2. The present petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief(s):
"for writ of mandamus commanding and directing the authorities for inquiry by Central Agency against appointment of MVI (Motor Vehicle Inspector) under Advertisement No. 2607/2007 as an alleged appointment were made from dead panel in 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2016 from candidate who did not possess minimum cut off marks for selection and entire result based on mistakes and omissions have
Patna High Court CWJC No.15185 of 2017(3) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 crept into process of selection which include arbitrary award of marks, undue favour to several candidates by fixing minimum cut off marks for interview contrary to advertisement and clarification of State Govt. issued by personnel and Administrative Reforms Department, Govt. of Bihar on said point and further prayer relates for legal action in response to output of inquiry report against deeds and misdeeds of authorities and for other necessary relief/reliefs to the basis of facts and circumstances of case enumerated and stated hereinafter."
3. Mr. Prashant Kumar, on the instruction of Mr. Shyama Kant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition as it has become infructuous.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
