Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with S. Tr. No.107 of 2018, arising out of Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.331 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 447 and 448 of the Indian Penal Code. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of assaulting Reyaz Ansari by iron rod on his head causing his death on such, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the same is rejected in connection with S. Tr. No.107 of 2018, arising out of Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No.331 of 2017 pending in the court of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge, West Champaran at Bettiah. (S. Kumar, J) Amit/- U T
