The case depicts a very sordid picture. The case has a chequered history of being dismissed for default and restored. The petitioner initially moved this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No. 49967 of 2021 which stood dismissed for default vide order dated 18.04.2022 passed by a learned co-ordinate Bench, thereafter vide order dated 06.07.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 25531 of 2022, Cr. Misc. No. 49967 of 2021 was restored. Again vide order dated 13.09.2022, Cr. Misc. No. 49967 of 2021 was dismissed for default, thereafter again a restoration application being Cr. Misc. No. 64066 of 2022 was filed for restoring Cr. Misc. No. 49967 of 2021 but the same was dismissed, thereafter the present

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73165 of 2022(2) dt.21-12-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail application has been filed afresh and again no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner, this amply demonstrates the casual attitude of the learned Advocate on record.
