2. The present restoration application has been filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 55208 of 2022 which was dismissed for non-prosecution vide order dated 23.11.2023.

3. Having considered the grounds mentioned in the present restoration application filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, the bail application bearing Cr. Misc. No. 55208 of 2022 is restored to its original file.

4. Accordingly, the restoration application stands allowed.
