2. For the relief prayed in the writ petition, the petitioner has moved the Court for the following reliefs: "i. To direct the Respondent Authorities conduct a fresh enquiry with respect to that the husband of the Petitioner died while he was in custody in the Divisional Jail, Gopalganj.

ii. To compensate the Petitioner on the custodial death of her husband namely

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2602 of 2024(2) dt.07-07-2025 2/2 Kanhaiya Rai.

iii. To punish the concerned Respondent Authorities after due enquiry who are liable for the custodial death of the husband of the Petitioner."

3. For the custodial death of the deceased, the case is already pending in the Bihar Human Rights Commission.

4. The petitioner is permitted to withdraw this application to raise all the grounds in the Bihar Human Rights Commission.

5. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
