2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 30(a), 32(2) and 41(1) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. There is recovery of 492.84 litres illicit liquor from magic vehicle of the petitioner and co-accused Kaushal Kumar and Vikash Kumar have been arrested on the spot.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case being the owner of the vehicle in question. Petitioner had given the said vehicle on rent and the co-accused persons had misused the said vehicle. Petitioner had no knowledge about the misuse of the said vehicle by the accused persons. Petitioner is in jail since 26.08.2025 having no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the submissions of the parties and period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Tisiauta P.S. Case No.143 of 2025.
