Learned APP for the State submits that impugned order has been passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-1-Cum Special Judge (Children Act), Muzaffarpur in Children Case No. 10 of 2023 arising out of Sakra P.S. Case No. 141/2022/J.J.B. 1085/2023 and hence, this petition should be converted into Cr. Appeal (SJ).

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to convert this petition into Cr. Appeal (SJ) within two weeks.
