2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No.177 of 2023, FIR dated 13.08.2023 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of IPC.

3. The motorcycle of the informant is said to have been stolen by the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has clean antecedent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. The allegation as alleged in the FIR is false and fabricated and the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the FIR.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State, on other other hand, on the basis of the material available on the record, has vehemently opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the petitioner is named in the FIR and the motorcycle in question has been recovered from the house of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S.Case No.177 of 2023 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur.

7. Prayer is refused.
