2. The petitioner has alleged deliberate violation of the order dated 08.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 15408 of 2016 by which the application for grant of license to the petitioner which had been rejected, was set aside.

3. Pursuant thereto, the authorities have passed a fresh order on 10.09.2018 rejecting the application for grant of license of DBBL Gun to the petitioner. However, in the order it has also been stated that if the petitioner desires, he can file for grant of license before the District Magistrate, Vaishali. The said order has been passed by the District Magistrate, Patna.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that there is no violation of the order of the Court dated 08.12.2016 passed in CWJC No. 15408 of 2016.

5. Accordingly, the application stands disposed off.

6. However, it shall be open to the petitioner to avail of the liberty granted to him for grant of license by moving before the District Magistrate, Vaishali.
