Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhorey P.S.Case No. 75 of 2016 (Trial No. 50 of 2017) registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in brief is that some unknown miscreants surrounded the informant and snatched Rs. one lac twenty five thousand and one lack forty thousand, accordingly along with the mobile and some documents.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that except confessional statement of the petitioner, there is nothing against the petitioner. It is also submitted that neither any recovery has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner nor he
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26190 of 2018 (3) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 has been put on Test Identification Parade and he has been in custody 27.09.2016.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1, Gopalganj in connection with Bhorey P. S. Case No. 75 of 2016 ( Trial No. 50 of 2017).
