2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case is squarely covered by the judgment dated 19.06.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.8228 of 2011.

3. Learned counsel for the Bihar Sanskrit Shiksha Board and learned counsel for the State accede to the aforesaid submission.

4. Considering the prayer made in this application and the fair submission made by the parties, I set aside the order

Patna High Court CWJC No.56 of 2024(7) dt.18-03-2025 2/2 dated 28.10.2019 passed by the Special Director, Secondary Education Sanskrit, Government of Bihar, Patna (Annexure-7 to the writ application) and remit the matter before him for considering the case of the petitioner afresh in the light of the judgment dated 19.06.2018, as aforesaid, within a period of two months.

5. Accordingly, this writ application stands disposed of.
