====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.
2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 353, 332, 333, 338, 353, 307, 354, 427, 337 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, due to death of the rickshaw puller / Jitendra Kumar, scuffle between the residents of two villages took place on the date of occurrence and when Police arrived there to maintain peace, the accused persons named in the FIR including the petitioner attacked the Police party and damaged the Police vehicle.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Allegation against petitioner is general and omnibus and no injury has been

Moreover, similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Hon'ble Court vide Annexure -P/2 (series). Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application.

Considering backdrop of the case, nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Patna City in connection with Gaurichak P. S. Case No. 277 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
