2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Benipatti P.S. Case No. 119 of 2024 for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Considering the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned District Court and seek regular bail and the learned District Court is
