1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the stage of the case from the stage of cognizance has changed and the application seeking discharge has been rejected. The learned counsel thus seeks permission to withdraw the present quashing application with liberty to file a fresh quashing application, assailing the order, by which, his discharge application was rejected.
