In this case, the petitioner has earlier moved this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 7363 of 2016, Cr. Misc. No. 50111 of 2016 and Cr. Misc. No. 21261 of 2017. Except the provisional bail, the regular bail of the petitioner was rejected. The learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn the attention of the order, dated 28.03.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9333 of 2018 (Bablu Mahto @ Bablu Vrs. the State of Bihar) wherein the informant has tried to intervene in the matter as he was himself involved in the criminal case was declared absconder. The Lawyer appearing for the informant was not allowed to participate in the proceeding. Further, from the order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9333 of 2018, ten persons have been

In such view of the matter, let the petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with S. Tr. No. 74 of 2016 (Sikandra P.S. Case No. 132 of 2015) to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge, II, Jamui, with the conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate in the trial and the petitioner shall appear before the Court below on each and every date, fixed in the case, and if the petitioner fails to appear before the Court below on two consecutive dates without any cogent and plausible reason, his bail shall be cancelled by the Court below itself.
