2. This application has been filed for quashing the notice purported to have been issued by Sheohar Police on 17.10.2022 for maintaining Status-quo passed by order dated 06.10.2022 vide Gyapank 520 in Case No. 200 of 2019.

3. In the opinion of this Court, this appears to be a premature writ.

4. The petitioner should have filed the reply to the show-cause notice issued to the petitioner and taken all the objections available to him in law and if any adverse order would have been passed by the police then he could have approached this Court.
