2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Neura P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

3. From the statement of the victim girls, it appears that the petitioner was in a relationship with the victim girl.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.07.2024 having clean antecedent girl.

5. Learned A.P.P. and learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75299 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 submits that this is not a fit case for grant of bail as petitioner has antecedent.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-1, Danapur in connection with Neura P.S. Case No. 104 of 2024.
