2. Earlier, twice the prayer for bail of petitioner has been rejected. Lastly, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 10.08.2022 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 26521 of 2022 with a direction to conclude the trial within one year.

3. Trial Court report reveals that after framing of charge on 09.11.2022, out of nine charge-sheeted witnesses, till date not a single witness has been examined. Petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2019.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail petition.

5. Considering the period of custody and tardy

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75498 of 2024(3) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 progress of trial, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.D.J.-XIII, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Aayer P.S. Case No. 69 of 2019.
