JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 22-03-2023 This application has been filed for modification of order dated 22.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 26264 of 2022 to the extent of extension of period of surrender. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that earlier petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by order dated 22.09.2022 passed in Cr. Misc No. 26264 of 2022, whereby petitioner was directed to surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks, but the petitioner could not surrender within time due to non-communication of order of this court, as stated in paragraph-4 of the present petition. In view of aforesaid fact, this modification petition is allowed and further four weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below.
