That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ, order / orders, direction / directions commanding the respondents authorities for passing appropriate orders/orders for removing the encroachment in light of order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.17579 of 2023(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 02.03.2017 passed by the District Magistrate in Misc. Case No.103/2012, wherein and whereby it was directed by the District Magistrate, Vaishali to remove the encroachment (by private respondent/s) if found over the land bearing R.S.P No.590 situated at Bajaji Road in accordance with law.

Furthermore, to restrain the private respondents no. 9 & 10 not to disturb the physical portion of land as they have already encroached the land of Kaiser Hind and for grant of all other relief or reliefs to which the petitioner is found entitled during hearing of the present writ application."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Circle Officer, Lalganj, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
