2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kurtha P. S. Case No. 122 of 2024 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341 and 302 of IPC.

3. As per F.I.R, petitioner is named in the FIR with the accusation that he along with other assaulted the deceased and informant and during the course of treatment informant died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner is named in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.73766 of 2025(3) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 F.I.R. with specific accusation that he along with other assaulted the deceased and informant.

6. Considering the nature of accusation and gravity of the offence, prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7. However, since petitioner is in custody since 08.02.2025, Trial Court is directed to expedite and conclude the trial, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
