JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "(i) For issuance of an order/direction or an appropriate writ including the writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay the Salary of the petitioner w.e.f.

Patna High Court CWJC No.17738 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 2/3 25.11.2016 to 07-10-2018 for his services rendered on the post of Assistant Manager.

(ii) For issuance of an order/direction or an appropriate writ declaring that the respondents themselves have taken up the process of pay fixation of petitioner and kept it pending in-spite the petitioner working continuously under the Bihar State Food Corporation Ltd.

(iii) For issuance of an order/direction or an appropriate writ holding that the petitioner deserves his payment of Salary for his services rendered."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent no.2, i.e. the Managing Director, Bihar State Food Corporation Limited, Bihar, Patna for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

It is needless to state that in case appropriate representation is filed, within a period of two weeks from today, the respondent no.2 shall dispose off the same by passing a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a

Patna High Court CWJC No.17738 of 2022(2) dt.16-04-2024 3/3 period of six weeks, thereafter.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
