The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gurua P.S.Case No. 161 of 2014 registered under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner, husband of the deceased, killed his wife account of non-fulfillment of demand of dowry of golden chain and motorcycle.
Submission is that in the case diary, it is mentioned that police was informed regarding death of the petitioner's wife as she died due to stroke of cold and postmortem was held as well as viscera report was also sent for Forensic Science Laboratory and doctor has found her death due to circulatory failure as a result of cold exposure and viscera does not contain any poisonous substance.
