JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 27-05-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State through virtual court proceeding. In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Kargahar P.S. Case No. 66 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 20 and 21 of NDPS Act.

The police, on receipt of secret information, raided the poultry farm run by the petitioner and from the back side of poultry farm, which is field of mustard, about 40 K.G of Ganja has been recovered. The petitioner has also criminal history. Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner for the present.
