Considering the fact that certain pleadings have not been made in the present writ petition nor any evidence has been brought in support of the main contention of the petitioner that there has been procedural infraction calling for interference of this Court, in view of the action of the disciplinary authority in not following the due process as prescribed under Rules 17 and 18 of the Bihar CCA Rules, 2005 against the mandate of Article 311(2) of the Constitution of India, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, therefore, seeks to
