Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Koliawar P.S. Case No.256 of 2017 registered under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation in brief is that the informant had gone to drop his father in the night in the village and the accused persons were six in number remained there and it is alleged that they have killed his wife only to grab the property. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner is mother of the informant and sister of the informant Pooja Devi was granted bail by this court vide Cr. Misc No. 29957 of 2018 moreover during the investigation it has transpired that some miscreants were seen leaving the house in the night, so
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30155 of 2018(4) dt.18-07-2018 2/2 some other persons have killed the daughter-in-law of the petitioner.
Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, Shiv Jharo Devi, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No.256 of 2017.
