2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 137(2), 140(3) of the B.N.S., 2023.
3. Informant alleged that his elder brother Kanhaiya Prasad Mandal, aged about 60 years, went missing on 28.03.2025 at 7 PM and thereafter, present F.I.R. was lodged after two days against unknown.
4. During course of investigation, the dead-body of elder brother of informant was recovered from a well of village Milki Jagarnathpur on 02.04.2025 and his mobile phone was also recovered. On the basis of call details record (CDR), one Jitendra Paswan was apprehended, who disclosed the name of this petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that save & except confessional statement of co-accused, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the alleged occurrence. Petitioner is in custody since 04.04.2025. Chargesheet has been submitted.
6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail petition.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhagalpur in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No. 111 of 2025.
