2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in compliance of the order dated 10.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9169 of 2021, not a single penny has been paid to him. And in compliance of the said order, the authority has issued a Letter No. 5824 dated 21.12.2023 (no dues certificate) which is

Patna High Court MJC No.3126 of 2023(5) dt.19-12-2025 2/2 annexed as Annexure-R/D. Counsel submits that the said letter/no dues certificate has been challenged by the petitioner in C.W.J.C. No. 19450 of 2025, which is pending before this Court.

Learned counsel for the State on the other hand submits that the order has been complied with, due to the reason that in no dues certificate, the amount comes at the tune of what has to be paid to him. Therefore, the payment shall be made only after adjustment of the amount which is showing in the no dues certificate.

4. This Court after hearing the parties reached on the conclusion that in compliance of order dated 10.01.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 9169 of 2021 which is subject to contempt, a letter has been issued bearing Letter No. 5824 dated 21.12.2023 (Annexure-R/D), which has been challenged by the petitioner in C.W.J.C No. 19450 of 2025 afresh.

5. In this background, the contempt proceeding is dropped and the present MJC petition stands dismissed. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Divyansh/- U
