2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 351(3) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to dispute between the parties as they are agnates.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. One Arun Kumar Singh has sustained injuries which have been caused by hard and blunt substance and the allegation against the petitioner and others is that they have used knife and axe which is inconsistent with the injuries sustained by the victim.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj/ concerned Court in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 260 of 2025.
