Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Agam Kuan PS Case No.457 of 2017, giving rise to POCSO Case No.8 of 2018 registered under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that two minor daughters of the informant were enticed away by her aunt Chaneshri Devi and this petitioner and they brought them to Rajasthan, sold them and got them married with two aged persons.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the specific accusation of enticing away the girl is against Chaneshri Devi; there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner and others that they brought the girls to Rajasthan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18292 of 2018(6) dt.22-06-2018 2/2 and sold the girls there and one of the co-accused Seema Devi was earlier admitted to bail by this Court vide order dated 03.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No.10052 of 2018. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Puja Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st, Patna in connection with Agam Kuan PS Case No.457 of 2017, giving rise to POCSO Case No.8 of 2018 with following conditions:

(1) One of the bailors must be the close family member of the petitioner.

(2) The petitioner shall remain physically present on each and every date before the trial court and if she absents herself on two consecutive dates without any reasonable cause, her bail bond shall liable to be cancelled.
