The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a)/45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no recovery from the conscious possession of the petitioner rather it is recovered from the truck. It is further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of the bail petition and he is languishing in judicial custody since 07.09.2019.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66634 of 2019(2) dt.06-11-2019 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Kopa Police Station Case No. 101 of 2019.
