2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mirganj P.S. Case No. 70 of 2025 registered for the offence under Section(s) 137(2) and 96 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the minor victim girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 14.05.2025 and claims clean

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the minor victim girl but from the statement of the victim girl it appears that the victim girl had eloped with the petitioner on her own.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned concerned Court below, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P.S.
