Petitioner seeks bail, who is in custody since 11.08.2022, in connection with Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 203 of 2021, F.I.R. dated 27.03.2021 registered for the offences punishable under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has been acquitted from the charges levelled against him and hence the bail petition has become infructuous and seeks permission to withdraw the petition.

Permission is accorded.
