2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 491 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354B, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the shoulder of the informant with iron rod.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. It is submitted that there is subsisting land dispute between the parties. The doctor has found simple injuries on the informant. Petitioner claims clean antecedents.

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the rival submissions, nature of injuries and aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, in the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul, in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 491 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
