JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 15-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S.Case No. 281 of 2017 registered under Sections 363,365,366 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that accused persons kidnapped 13 years old daughter of the informant.

It is contended that it's a case of elopement with Motilal and the allegation of committing sexual exploitation is not against the petitioner rather it is against co-accused Motilal and the girl lived with him in Punjab and returned back herself. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Patilal Uraon, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
