Ms. Binita Singh, learned counsel for the Bihar State Housing Board (hereinafter referred to as the 'Board') has assisted the Court.

2. The petitioner has moved the Court alleging non compliance of the order dated 09.02.2017 passed in CWJC No. 19230 of 2015.

3. Learned counsel for the Board from the show cause filed on their behalf submitted that the direction of the Court has

Patna High Court MJC No.3163 of 2017 dt.21-08-2019 2/2 been complied with and in fact, the additional cost of registration, which was to be borne by the petitioner has also been waived by the Board and the deed has been registered on 30.08.2018. Copy of the affidavit was served on learned counsel for the petitioner on 09.01.2019. There is no rejoinder to the same.

4. Having regard to the aforesaid, the Court finds that the opposite parties have complied with the direction of the writ Court.
