JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The learned trial court has sought six months' time to conclude the trial of the petitioner and it is informed that only investigating officer and one another witness has been left to be examined.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20979 of 2018 (3) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 Sessions Trial No. 411 of 2016 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 pending in the court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia stands rejected.
