JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 17-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2017 in connection with Arrah Town P.S. case no. 02 of 2017 for the offence under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.01.2017 and as such he has completed more than one year and four months in jail custody. He further submits that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the name of the petitioner surfaced in the confessional statement of co-accused Rohit Kumar @ Lallu and the said Rohit Kumar @ Lallu has been granted bail vide order dated 21.03.2017 in Cr. Misc. No. 10565 of 2017. Considering the aforesaid, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23384 of 2018 (3) dt.17-05-2018 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Arrah Town P.S. case no. 02 of 2017 with the condition that the bailors should be the family members of the petitioner.
