Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 01.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 4403 of 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that charge has already been framed on 07.01.2022 and case is pending before the Court of learned 5th Additional Sessions Judge, Purnea for evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 21.09.2021. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned
