2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 342, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is an accused of trying to lift the victim girl.
4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the chargesheet was submitted under Section 354A of the Indian Penal Code which is bailable but the learned Magistrate has differed with the chargesheet and has taken cognizance in the Sections mentioned above. The petitioner is in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.74340 of 2023(2) dt.29-11-2023 2/2 custody since 15.06.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the age of the petitioner and the custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Manjhaul, DistrcitBegusarai in connection with Cheria Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022.
