Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is that the petitioner along with her son committed murder of her husband.

Submission is that though the Doctor has found injury at the head of the injured which was cause of death but the injury might be possible by fall. There is no eyewitness of the occurrence and there is no apparent motive that why the petitioner and her son would commit murder.

Considering the facts of the case especially lack of direct evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty

(b) Both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below.
