It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that inadvertently in the order dated 22.11.2022, the Complaint Case has wrongly been typed as Complaint Case No. 150(C ) of 2017 instead of Complaint Case No. 1504 of 2017. The said mistake perpetuated since it was wrongly mentioned in the prayer portion of the petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9916 of 2023(2) dt.15-02-2023 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make correction in the prayer portion of the main petition.

In view of the above, let the Complaint Case be read as Complaint Case No. 1504 of 2017 instead of Complaint Case No. 150(C) of 2017.

The period of surrender is also extended for a further period of four weeks from today.

The order dated 22.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 31217 of 2022 stands modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
